As autumn days pass by, winter slowly begins to show itself. As snowy days approach, some people worry, saying, "Winter comes to the mountains, troubles come to people." There are even those who occasionally complain about the snow, rain, and mud. Yet, there are others who say, "Winter has its time, and so does summer," and express their gratitude. Together, they prepare for the approaching cold by making pickles, tomato paste, and tarhana. Winter clothes and quilts are taken out from storage, cleaned, and organized. While these people are still preparing for winter, they’ve already begun to manage the season's challenges. Winter does not scare them; rather, it teaches and strengthens them.
In fact, facing a problem is like preparing for an approaching winter season. At first, the situation may overwhelm, challenge, or intimidate us. This is why the existence of problems often unsettles most people. Many of us even wish to live in a world without problems. However, every challenge is an opportunity for growth, much like snow enriching the soil with minerals. Problems strengthen people, just as the cold strengthens nature.
For those who define problems correctly, life offers methods to overcome them. Initially, what seems cold, daunting, and capable of disrupting everything slowly unfolds solutions in our minds, one by one. It leads us to say, "It wasn't as difficult as I thought!"
Every being has a purpose. The purpose of problems is not to drag a person down but to help them reach a better version of themselves. We need challenges to rid ourselves of unnoticed obstacles and to complete our deficiencies. Yet, when people dwell on complaints and focus on problems, they miss the solutions. They become trapped in a cycle of depression, thinking their experiences are nothing but hardship and injustice—just as they might see winter only as cold and mud.
When spring arrives after winter and the snow on the ground begins to melt, everything sparkles. As the snow melts, the soil reveals its fertility. We say, "I'm glad it snowed!" much like saying, "I'm glad I experienced that problem; I learned so much!" Finding the solution feels like the arrival of spring. It brings new decisions and fresh beginnings. If the solution comes from within, we feel stronger and more confident because the way we addressed our difficulties has refined our skills.
The person who knows how to face winter emerges:
Benefited, just as snow enriches the earth.
Strong, like the plants that survive the cold.
Experienced, like every living being that endures winter.
Every challenge we overcome sows seeds of new skills and abilities within us.
Every land eventually sees spring. But the most fruitful springs come to soils that respond to winter with resilience.

YanıtlaSilThanks!
Life gives us problems to develop us. Trying to avoid or complain them will not bring us any virtue. Instead We have to learn how to overcome them to get stronger.
